Aero Club “Aerolux” on behalf of Aeronautical Union of Serbia invites all European NAC (National Air sport Control) affiliated with the FAI to take part in the competition

ORGANIZERS: Aeronautical Union of Serbia and Aero Club “Aerolux”

PARTICIPATION: Every National Air sport Control organization witch is FAI registered may enter a junior team with three competitors in each class at the most, one team manager and one assistant team manager. Supporters are invited as well.

DATE OF EVENT: 3 rd – 8 th August, 2007.

Site Location: The flying site is located in Aradac, place near city of Zrenjanin . The World Championship in FF models in 1991 was hold on this location as well as the European Championship for FF models in 1990. At the moment, this location is in use for the international program of FAI competitions. The site is still of the same quality, so we can say that it is one of the most suitable locations for this kind of competition in Europe

Weather: In this time of year prevails sunny and stable weather with minimal chances for rain fall. The average daily temperatures are 28-35 C.

Competition rules: The FAI Sporting Code, Section 4, Volumes ABR and F1, Edition January 1 st 2007.

Sporting licenses: FAI Sporting License valid for 2007 is obligatory for each competitor.

Official languages: The official languages are English and Serbian.

Organizer: The European Championship will be organized by aero club ,,AEROLUX” and NAC Serbia.

Timekeepers: Every country attending the competition has the right to register one timekeeper. He has to be experienced and well informed about all the regulation concerning all disciplines.

The basic knowledge of technical English is necessary.

Registration is required in the 1 st or the 2 nd Bulletin. The organizer takes obligation to provide accommodation, local transport, food and all necessary equipment to the timekeepers for free. All the other costs are personal.

Entry fees: 

250 EUR per junior competition
200 EUR per team manager or assistant team manager
150 EUR per woman competitor
30 EUR per supporter
50 EUR per additional payment if the competitor would like to participate in more categories.

The entry fee covers participation in the championship access to flying site, Championship awards and gifts. Banquet is not included.

Important note: All payments are to be made only in Euros. Cheques are not accepted.

Protest fee:Protest will be submitted according to the FAI Sporting Code and it must be accompanied by a fee of 30 Euros. The fee will be refunded if the protest is upheld.
